DATA PROCESSING NOTICE

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
Data is processed exclusively for purposes relating to browsing this site and to providing the user with information about the services offered by Stanchieri Orion;
Filling in the contact form, which is optional, and deliberately sending messages to the contact addresses involve the acquisition of the personal data contained in those communications;
LEGAL BASIS
Art. 6(1)(a): the data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes (relating to consent to data processing when filling in the contact form);
Art. 6(1)(f): processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, provided that the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require the protection of personal data do not prevail, in particular where the data subject is a child (browsing data is processed for our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure, checking that it works correctly and obtaining statistics on its use);
NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF DATA
Providing the technical data requested is mandatory in order for the site to work correctly. Third-party cookies are disabled by default and it is up to the user to enable them (see the Cookie policy);
Providing the data relating to the contact form (name, email, subject, message) is mandatory in order for Orion Stanchieri to be able to reply;

Personal data is any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person;
Ordinary data allowing direct and indirect identification;
Pursuant to the European Privacy Regulation (GDPR), the Data Controller will process the personal data allowing direct and indirect identification present in the contact form, namely name, email, subject and message where the form is filled in; data relating to browsing the website will also be processed, for example IP addresses, the type of browser and operating system used, and the time at which access to web pages is requested. This data is used only for anonymous statistical information about visits to the site or to check that it is working correctly.
METHOD OF PROCESSING
All data will be processed by electronic means, and we assure you that we have put in place every measure considered necessary or appropriate to maintain the integrity of the data, to prevent its loss, including accidental loss, and to prevent unauthorised access.
RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data will not be disseminated, that is to say it will not be disclosed to unspecified parties. It may however be communicated to clearly defined parties, in full compliance with the provisions of the law, for purposes strictly connected with those indicated above.
TRANSFER OF DATA
The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to third countries.
RETENTION OF DATA
Pursuant to art. 5(1)(e) of EU Regulation 679/2016, in order to ensure fair and transparent processing, data is kept for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed, in accordance with legal obligations.
Technical data relating to the functioning of the site is kept by the Data Controller (in anonymous form) for 12 months;
Data relating to the completion of the form will be kept for 12 months;
