Digital help
The SPID digital identity that will not work, the mailbox that is full, a document to sign and send, the computer that has stopped, the Airbnb listing that needs sorting out, the guests to declare on the police portal. These are the things that block a whole day and that nobody explains to you calmly. I come to you, we sort them out together, and I leave you written instructions so you can do it yourself next time.
No problem is too small. Most of the requests I get are half-hour jobs, and to the person facing them they are walls. The way of working is always the same.
A phone call or a message on WhatsApp, even just a photo of the screen. I tell you straight away whether it is a ten-minute thing or an afternoon.
I fit around your hours, not the other way round. Saturdays too, if you work during the week.

You watch what I do while I do it. It is the only way not to find yourself at the same point a month from now.

A real example. The owner of a seaside flat for rent had an Airbnb listing stuck half finished and did not know how to declare her guests on Alloggiati Web, the Italian police portal, which is compulsory within 24 hours of arrival. We finished the listing, sorted out the photos, prices and calendar, and did the first declarations together. Now she does them herself in five minutes.
If you let out a flat in Italy this is the request that reaches me most often, and it is the one where not speaking Italian hurts most: Airbnb and Booking to set up, Alloggiati Web and the tourist tax to handle, receipts to issue. None of it is difficult: it is just badly explained, and only in Italian. Once we have been through it together you do not need anybody.
